**Responsibilities**
- Customer Interaction: Meet with customers to discuss their financing needs, present financing options, and explain insurance products.
- Loan Processing: Secure financing for customers through various lending institutions and ensure that all documentation is accurately completed and submitted.
- Compliance: Ensure that all finance and insurance transactions comply with dealership policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
- Product Sales: Promote and sell a range of financial products and insurance services, including extended warranties, GAP insurance, and vehicle protection plans.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all transactions and provide regular reports to dealership management.
- Customer Satisfaction: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to finance and insurance in a professional and timely manner.

**Qualifications**
- Valid Automotive Sales License (OMVIC) required.
- Valid Ontario Driver’s G license required.
- 3-5 years of customer Service, sales, and marketing experience an asset.
- Minimum 1 Year experience as F&I Manager preferred.
- Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
