**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Calypso park services is the team who keep the park clean and tidy. They work from the parking lot throughout the park and in all buildings ensuring our standard for cleanliness is met.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Report to assigned work area on time and in compliance with company dress code.
- Comply with company and departmental standards on grooming.
- Work in teams to keep the park clean and fresh at all times
- Clean washrooms on a rotation including toilets, sinks, counters and floors
- Work in assigned sectors picking up trash, sweeping and keeping garbage cans clean
- Wash tables and chairs in common eating areas
- Walk-the-lot in teams to clean the parking areas
- Respond to radio calls for bio clean ups
- Management reserves the right to add or remove duties when circumstances (e.g. Emergencies, change in workload, rush jobs, staff levels, or technical development) arise.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must be able to work holidays and weekends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Team player.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Good communication skills

**ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS**:

- This position is outdoors in all summer weather
- This position requires frequent work in heat and sun.
- This position requires occasional work in or around water, detergents/chemicals, fumes/odors.

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Must be able to stand/or walk for long periods of time throughout the day.
- Must be able to work outdoors in the park at various locations
- Requires manual and bi-manual dexterity, fine and gross motor skills, eye/hand coordination, near vision, hearing and speech.
- Requires occasional kneeling and bending.
- Requires occasional walking, reaching above shoulder, pushing and pulling.
- Requires occasional lifts and carries up to 50 pounds.
