Office/operations Manager

**Requirements**:
- **Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Proficient in Quickbooks online and Bookkeeping
- Familiar with the process of online bidding
- Customer service experience
- Social Media marketing
- Must be independent and self sufficient
- Must be extremely organized
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable through QBO
- Payroll & source deductions
- HST Remittances
- Bank Deposits
- Reconciling bank accounts and credit cards monthly
- Manage all incoming quote requests from residential and commercial clients
- Scheduling jobs and invoicing
- Human Resources (job postings, interviews, employment package preparation)
- Annual CVOR and safety testing for company vehicles
- Assisting other staff
- Filing and other general office duties (monitoring MERX, office supplies,
- Customer relations
- Corresponding with accountant to have year end filings prepared
**Office Environment**:
The office has a casual atmosphere although, still professional. You will be answering to both of the owners but will be working independently most of the time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
