**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project requirements.
- Collaborate with carpenters and other construction professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
- Restore and maintain existing paintwork on residential and industrial properties.
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of materials in accordance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in residential painting, industrial painting, or construction painting.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.
- Familiarity with drywall installation and restoration techniques is a plus.
- Experience working with rigging equipment for larger projects is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $34.10 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
