**Who we need**
- Right now we are adding an Accessibility Elevating and Lifts Installer to our team in Saskatoon. Someone who excels at building and working with their hands to install new equipment and solve mechanical challenges. Whether you have worked in the rehabilitation and mobility space for several years or you are a recent graduate looking to jump headfirst into a new career, this is an opportunity for someone who doesn’t like to be stuck behind a desk. You want a hands-on opportunity to improve accessibility for our clients in their homes, at school or in hospitals.

**What you will do**_ Diagnose and repair. _**You will deliver, install and/or repair mobility equipment across Saskatoon and surrounding areas. This may include but is not limited to:- Assessing and troubleshooting issues clients may be having with their device-
- Repairing manual and power mobility devices in clients’ homes, at care facilities, and/or in-store-
- Installing lifts and elevating devices, i.e. porch/ceiling/stairlifts-
- Install and repair accessibility products and solutions in clients’ homes. Examples include: home safety products, lifting devices and/or stairlifts.-

You will ensure the needs of our clients are met and that we meet our objective to

**_ Be flexible and mobile. _**You will drive to one or more client sites across the Saskatoon area on a daily basis to install and service stair lifts, porch lifts, ramps and elevators.**What you bring**_ Construction Skills. _**You are comfortable using a range of tools and equipment. You have experience working with complex mechanisms, basic electronics and load-bearing equipment. Knowledge of lifts and elevators would be considered a great asset. A construction background is also a HUGE asset as you will be installing porch/ceiling/stair lifts, etc.-
**_ Communication and Collaboration Skills._**
***You have excellent written and oral communication skills. You can build relationships with team members, working in close partnership as well as thrive in an independent role. You are able to make demonstrations and introduce clients to the equipment you have installed in a clear and effective way.-
**_ Empathy and Respect._**
***You can engage our clients in a meaningful way to ensure that their individualized needs are met at every appointment. We approach every interaction with our clients with respect, professionalism and empathy.-
**_ Flexibility. _**You are able to work overtime including occasional weekends. You have a valid G class driver's license, travel to client homes, schools and hospitals throughout Saskatoon will be required however you will be provided with a company vehicle.-
**_ Additional Requirements. _**You are able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds in order to move and install equipment. A clean criminal background check and bondable is a requirement. You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using a tablet.**Motion Perks**- Company vehicle-
