- Operating the scheduling and filing system (avimark)
- Invoicing/billing and managing cash drawer and POS
- Assisting the Veterinarian and Technician with procedures/restraint
- Providing excellent client and pet care
- Lifting heavy objects
- Cleaning and sanitizing the clinic

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a veterinary assistant or in a related field is required.
- Strong interest in animal care and welfare.
- Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift and carry animals weighing up to 50 pounds.
