**Overview**
Responsible for leading and optimizing supply chain operations in the construction materials distribution sector, ensuring timely, cost-effective deliveries and high service quality.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
- Optimize sourcing models, distribution networks, and supplier relationships.
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, and transportation operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives and priorities.
- Monitor industry trends and risks to adjust plans proactively.
- Lead investments in technologies (ERP, WMS, automation) to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and sustainability commitments.
- Define KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key Performance Indicators**
- OTIF delivery rate, order cycle time, and backorder rate.
- Total supply chain cost as % of revenue, freight and warehouse costs.
- Inventory turnover, stock accuracy, and stockout rate.
- Supplier on-time delivery, lead times, and quality ratings.
- Compliance rate, carbon emissions per shipment, and innovation adoption.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in supply chain/logistics (construction materials preferred).
- Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory control, and transport management.
- Proficiency with ERP and supply chain systems.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license; approx. 6 trips/year required.
