Greater Sudbury, Canada Adult Enrichment Center Inc. Full time

**Job duties and responsibilities include**:

- Shift work and on call availability
- Administer medication
- Working in a Day Program and residential setting with both adults and youth
- Creating and maintaining behaviour management protocols
- Creating and maintaining anger management protocols
- Individual and group support meetings
- Accompanying individuals to and from medical appointments
- Following protocols created by clinicians
- Daily documentation
- Report to Immediate Manager

**Requirements**:

- Criminal Record Check
- First Aid/CPR
- Current valid Drivers License
- Proof of COVID19 Vaccination
- Mental Health & Addiction diploma and related experience
- Open to University students of Psychology, Social Work and Behaviour Therapy
- Experience with behaviours and diffusing situations is essential
- Knowledge of theories, practices and principles relative to mental wellness, suicide prevention, addictions and mental health emergency response
- Knowledge in First Nations mental health issues as well a current programs and services available an asset
- French an asset
