At Pattison Agriculture we seek talent ready to GROW, CONNECT AND EVOLVE with us We are looking for multiple Shift PDI/Set-Up Service Technicians to join our fast-paced, energetic dealership in Yorkton, SK.
These roles are newly structured for the branch and are planned to be worked within a rotational 2 shift structure, shifts may rotate with the potential evening shift being Sunday 7:00 am-6:00 pm Monday-Thursday 1:00 pm-11:00 pm one week, Sunday 9:00 am-6:00 pm Monday-Thursday 3:00 pm-11:00 pm the following week.

Our PDI Technicians are committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers by performing Pre-Delivery Inspections and assembly of all types of equipment to prepare for delivery to the customer, as well as assisting in repairs of agricultural and turf equipment. **Responsibilities**:

- Performs Pre-Delivery Inspection on all types of equipment and prepares the equipment for delivery
- Assembles all types of equipment offered for sale by the dealership
- Assists in repairs and basic service tasks as required
- Operates and maintains vehicles, tools and equipment required in the set-up and delivery process
- Operates a forklift to transport parts, equipment, and supplies for the service department
- Participates in training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge

**Requirements**:

- Have mechanical skills, can operate vehicles, tools and equipment used in pre-delivery and set-up processes
- Are able to assemble machinery components to manufacturer’s specs
- Have experience performing service repairs/maintenance
- Have demonstrated a willingness to learn and succeed
- Knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products and/or farming background would be considered an asset
- High School Diploma/equivalent
