We are seeking an energetic Sales Support Representative with an eye for detail and the ability to work well with others. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in our company's continued growth, and will have the chance to engage in both individual and collaborative projects that have a direct impact on your organization.

**Sales Support Representative (Hours 7:30am - 4:00pm M-F)**
- Rotational On Call Schedule _
- This Position is not Remote_

You are transparent and can provide timely feedback on required items when necessary

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
Assisting account managers with client care needs including answering inquiries, scheduling meetings and appointments and following up with customers as needed

Create call plans and conduct outbound calls daily to build relationships and create sales opportunities

Answer phones and respond to all customer requests

Consistently meet appointment booking and quoting goals

Maintain an accurate data base within a proprietary software

Attend all sales and team building sessions

Project a professional company image through customer and vendor interactions.

Handle administrative duties for company executives and management teams

**Your Education/Experience Includes**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 to 3 years of sales or phone sales experience.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) of programs required.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use PC, phone, calculator, fax, printer, copier.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
