On behalf of our client, we are seeking a talented Senior Business Systems Analyst, who will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business users and technology teams.

**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize your 5+ years of experience to provide expert guidance in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Engage in Program Increment (PI) planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Prioritize features and user stories, making data-driven decisions to drive project success.
- Champion SAFe practices within the organization, coaching and guiding teams to achieve optimal results.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring effective communication and mutual understanding.
- Facilitate discussions and workshops to elicit, document, and validate business and system requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in SAFe and ERP Peoplesoft.


**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience as a **Business Systems Analyst,** with a strong background in the **Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)**.
- Proven experience working with** ERP Peoplesoft.**:

- Relevant certification in **SAFe** is highly desirable.
- A track record of successful projects in a similar role.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Adaptability and a willingness to take ownership of projects.
