Front Store Manager

**Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Greeting customers
- Oversee daily operations of the store
- Reconcile and label medication deliveries from our wholesaler and organize them in the dispensary.
- Manage store staff, including scheduling pharmacy technicians
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Facing stock, checking expiry dates of both over the counter and prescription medication
- Contacting patients to inform them their orders are ready for pickup
- Cash handling, bank deposit, daily recording keeping of pharmacy sales
- Reconciliation of pharmacy deliveries and payments
- Develop and execute promotional activities to drive store traffic
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in retail merchandising
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with customers, pharmacists, and technicians
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Multilingual skills are a plus

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Ontario Secondary School Diploma or recognized equivalent
- Proficient in computer operations with a point-of-sale system
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Physically capable of standing for prolonged periods. Able to perform heavy lifting, pushing, bending, walking, kneeling, and typing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 44 per week
