Main objective; To effectively assist the manager in maintaining the store in order to achieve the company objectives, for sales, hours, and profitability, according to company policies. To ensure the image and customer service standards are in accordance with company policies.

Responsibilities;
- Assisting the manager in meeting and exceeding sales objectives
- Assisting in controlling budgeted hours
- Assisting with recruitment, hiring and training
- Assisting in communication and execution of markdowns and marketing changes
- Assisting the manager with staff communication
- Assisting tho manager by effectively managing delegated tasks
- Recieving, unpacking and placing of new stock
- Assisting in all visual changes
- Motivate and coach employees to meet their potential and our customers needs
- Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner

Requirements;
- Previous assistant or manager experience
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Organized and energetic
- Adaptable
- Good time management
- Drives results and is result driven
- Open availability including holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 2 years (preferred)
