**Key Responsibilities**:
✔ **Customer Orders & Sales Support**:
- Provide **product details, pricing, and estimated delivery timelines**:
- Accurately input customer orders into the **company’s system**:
- Maintain **up-to-date records** of orders, invoices, and customer details
- Ensure accuracy in **product codes, quantities, and pricing**
✔ **Financial & Administrative Tasks**:
- Manage **QuickBooks**, monthly **book balancing**, and **invoicing**:
- Handle **payments, receipts, and collections**:
- Process **rigging certifications**:
- Oversee **inventory tracking & management**
✔ **Tech & Workflow Efficiency**:
- Proficiency with **Excel, Word, Google Drive, and PDFs**:
- Experience with **workflow integrations, automation, and software solutions**:
- Familiarity with **AI tools like ChatGPT** is an asset
**What We’re Looking For**:
Experience in **bookkeeping, invoicing, or QuickBooks** is an asset
Strong **attention to detail & organizational skills**
Comfortable talking to **customers & learning about rigging**
A self-starter who can manage tasks independently
Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
