Assistant Hockey Coach

**Requirements**:
- Work in a team environment.
- Work and build rapport with young players.
- Be willing to travel and work evenings and some weekends.
- Have good communication skills.
- Have a passion for and knowledge of the game.
- Able to develop or create different strategies based on players abilities and tendencies (with help of head coach).
- Create a fun yet competitive environment for the players.
- Reliability and commitment.
- Be able to run lines or pairings from the bench (whether it be on Defence or Forwards).
