**Responsibilities**
- Vendor P.O. allocation, follow up and maintenance
- Reception of finished goods and raw materials in the system
- Vendor performance management and conflict resolution
- Negotiate with vendors (prices, terms and dates)
- Indirect purchases related to services, and materials not related to finished goods production
- Follow up on inbound materials to ensure timely arrival of products
- Maintenance of the receiving calendar
- Act as a liaison between purchasing and manufacturing to clear up shortages
- Monitor inventory accuracy, and perform cycle count
- Maintain a positive relationship with all key stakeholders and peers
- Raw material validation prior to scheduling
- Work order allocation and maintenance
- Schedule production to meet customer requirements
- Reviews production schedule with PM to determine priorities of finished products.

Monday to Friday - 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, 40 hour work week
Benefits after 3 months, once becoming permanent

Employee Type: Temp to Full-Time Permanent Employee
Location: Aurora, Ontario

**Qualifications**
- Fluency in English both reading and writing
- Must have a broad working knowledge of supply chain, procurement, and price negotiating
- Ability and comfortability working with various departments and competing demands
- Positive, team-oriented, and mature attitude
- Attention to detail while able to meet deadlines
- Must be able to lift 25lbs
- Educated in Supply Chain Management - required
- Relevant experience in a similar role - 1+ years required
- Must be reliable, have good initiative, committed and show drive for continuous learning
- Troubleshooting skills
- Position reports to the Logistic Manager
- Maintain any ongoing training requirements
- Consistently follow all Health & Safety Policies & Procedures on a daily basis

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $24.20-$26.27 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Aurora, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
