Farm & Ranch Labourer

Red Willow Ranch Ltd., is a purebred and commercial cattle operation located in between Maidstone, Cut Knife, and Neilburg, SK.

- experienced with handling cattle - primarily newly calved cows, with a calm demeanour
- be able to perform physically demanding tasks for long periods of time in cold temperatures
- be able to easily lift at least 100 pounds
- be able to work long hours during the day and into the evening, as well as some weekends
- experienced with operating farm equipment with accuracy and safety
- experienced with operating handling systems
- knowledge of halter breaking/show tool use is an asset
- have a valid class 5 driver’s license

Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $21.00-$27.46 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cut Knife, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
