**What Role Will You Play?**

As a Bilingual Fraud Specialist, you would:

- Initiate credit card fraud cases based on information received from the Fraud Detection System
- Analyze card holder account history including payments and transaction history to help determine if fraud is present
- Work closely with customers and merchants to gather additional information regarding fraudulent charges to aid investigations
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all information necessary for the successful investigation and resolution of fraud and non-fraud cases
- Support and service customers in both English and French.
