Sales and Service Representative - OGS Pool and Spa

Join a growing business as they branch out into creating another division of their 70 plus year old history.

Were looking for a results driven individual with experience selling and servicing hot tubs and/or swimming pools.

**Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal commincation skills
- Product presentation skills
- Ability to learn and present technical information
- Excellent computer knowledge and CRM experience
- Retail Sales expeprince
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Project management

Keys Responsibilities:

- Selling hot tubs and other related products
- Water testing
- Understanding and communicating water balancing
- Using POS system
- Scheduling pool and hot tub service
- Completing minor repairs
- Keeping showroom clean, presentable and organized
- Maintain pricing lists and implementing pricing strategies
- Maintain customer database
- Organize and coordinate services needed for hot tub deliveries
- Utilize CRM platforms with confidence
- Answer telephone calls
- Process service tickets
- Contribute to the team of a small business

Medical Benefits after 3 months

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
