**Customer Account Representative**

This is mainly a work-from-home opportunity with the occasional requirement to come into our office in Mississauga. Training will be done in person, in Mississauga.

Specific Duties
- Answering phone calls and LiveChat to assist customers with questions or placing an order.
- Generating quotes with our online system and following up on them.
- Being accountable for ensuring completed quotes (orders) are produced properly and shipped on-time.
- Working with the graphic design team on customer webstore or custom artwork requests.
- Assisting in other areas of the business during slow periods of the year.

Technical Considerations:

- Must be fluent in English (written and oral). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- On-site training provided for the entire scope of work
- Dance background or experience in clothing customization or manufacturing preferred.
- Proficient with computers.

Individuals successful in this role must be a team player willing to pitch in as needed, as well as be very focused and extremely detail-oriented.

Position Details

Start date: Immediately.

Location: Work-from-home/Mississauga.

Pay: $19 per hour, full-time. Holiday bonus and yearly increase. Paid breaks and lunch.

**Salary**: $19.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
