Career Coaches work closely with Course Instructors and Course Administrators to develop programming and activities, in order to provide holistic career support to Uvaro Members. Through program creation and delivery, advisement, and coaching, they help Members stand out as top talent in the highly competitive Tech Sales industry. Our approach to coaching is not only for the reactive job search, but developed for consistent and focused career readiness throughout a Members career. Let’s elevate some awesome careers, shall we?

**In this role you’ll**:
- Advise a growing pipeline of students and graduates through robust programming and immersive programs (existing and new) through scalable initiatives and 1:1 coaching practices
- Leverage existing programming as well as create new programming within our core coaching ‘pillars’
- Respond to our Members in a timely manner to identify needs, gaps and focus areas for development
- Help Members prepare for interviews by helping them understand the state of the industry, hiring norms, hiring processes, and by helping them practice.
- Connect with our Instruction Team to leverage information and elevate communication to our Members’ needs and goals
- Track Member progress throughout course programs and post graduation through internal data systems
- Serve as an accountability and thought partner to students and teammates (Instruction, Admissions, Marketing) and communicate a consistent, thoughtful, and unified message
**In the first six months you’ll**:
- Work closely with the Head of Careers Programming to support Members through immersive classes and graduation
- Deliver immersive Careers programming for our 4 and 12 week classes
- Organize Member data to reflect ‘health’ of ongoing cohorts
- Dive into building new programming for Technical Careers Workshops
- Collaborate closely with our Student Operations and Instruction team to ensure that Member needs are holistically understood, communicated, and performed
- Unlock your full potential through investment in personal growth objectives to further your own development, as this is prioritized as part of being a team member at the Career Success Company

Don’t worry if you don’t have all the qualifications listed below - we are particularly interested in someone who adapts quickly to change and learns quickly, so if you don’t meet some of the criteria below but think you’re up for the challenge, please still reach out - we’d love to talk to you
- Experience working as a professional Recruiter or Talent Manager in the tech industry, preferably with a focus on Sales roles (2+ years preferred)
- Experience working as a Career Coach or equivalent, preferably with a sales career focus, and preferably in tech (2+ years preferred)
- A history of conducting group presentations and facilitating group discussion
- Technical competence with business tools (CRM, GSuite, Slack, MicrosoftOffice, video communication tools)
- Experience coaching. “Hot Seat” style is a bonus
- Remote work experience is a bonus
- Sales experience is a bonus
- Start-up experience is a bonus
- Career Coach/Development Practitioner accreditation is a bonus
