Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager and/or Restaurant Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for cooking and serving food to take the next step in their career.

Assistant Restaurant Manager Duties:

- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including service, sales, kitchen duties, and inventory management
- Provide exceptional cooking and serving skills and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean and organized.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner.
- Assist in conducting regular staff meetings and training sessions.

Restaurant Manager Duties:

- Oversee daily store operations, including service, sales, kitchen duties, and inventory management.
- Lead and support server and kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management. Ensure that all team members adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Maintain high standards for food quality and consistency. Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet specification.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions for staff including assistant managers.
- Oversee inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and strong ingredients and supplies. Manage stock levels to prevent shortages or excess. Monitor and manage budgetary aspects.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner.
- Create and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail store management preferred
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team preferred
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
- Japanese speakers preferred
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- PR holder preferred

Training Period: Few months
