If you are a **Quality Control Inspector, **with a positive work ethic, past experience with downhole tool products in a machine shop environment, good computer skills, and the willingness to learn and be a team player within the Basin organization with room for growth, **we are looking for you**
- Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will:

- Ensure all products meet and/or exceed customer and drawing specifications.
- Be responsible for all quality inspection processes, safety initiatives, 5S Audits.
- Perform detailed thread inspection on all API (Rotary Shoulder connections), industry standard and Wenzel threads
- Ensure products are within specified tolerances.
- Create NCRs for deviations from specifications or requirements
- Verify that all parts meet required specifications by using measuring equipment (micrometer, caliper, thread gauges)
- Document all measurements and deviations according to our API Q1 and ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System.
- Perform routine maintenance on all measuring equipment.
- Communicate inspection issues in manufacturing processes to the Quality Manager.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all activities in inspection.
- Mark and stamp all finished products for traceability.
- Maintain and clean work area according to established 5S process.
- Review all documentation for completeness, e.g. certificates of compliance, MTRs, testing requirements, quantities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Salary**: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
