**What You'll Do**:
As a Sales Executive at Lakeland Hyundai, you’ll be the face of our dealership, helping customers discover their ideal car while building lasting relationships. Your day will be filled with:

- **Customer Engagement**: Actively listen to customers' needs and match them with the best vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date on Hyundai vehicles, features, and promotions to confidently answer questions and provide expert recommendations.
- **Building Relationships**: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team, management, and service department to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- **Sales Goals**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, while providing a no-pressure, consultative approach.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Participate in training programs and team meetings to improve your sales skills and product knowledge.
