**Position Overview**:
Are you passionate about helping newcomers thrive in Canada’s workforce? BCNSP is looking for a dynamic Employment Specialist to support Work Permit and Study Permit holders, as well as Naturalized Canadians, in overcoming unique employment barriers. Join our dedicated team and play a key role in empowering clients to build successful, meaningful careers while making a lasting impact on community integration.

**Qualifications**:
This role requires the incumbent to undergo a Police Information Check (PIC), and a Vulnerable Sector Check by the Ministry of Justice.
