**Here's What You'll Be Doing**:
The role of the General Manager is straightforward...
- Successfully manage the restaurant
- Hire and develop a great team that gives guests a **SUPERB **experience every time.
- Keep turnover and costs low.
- ... and everything else it takes to run a great establishment

**This Is What You'll Need**:

- _3 to 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Front-of-House Manager._
- A degree OR diploma in the Restaurant & Hospitality Industry or related field is a definite asset.
- Strong proficiency operating a cash register, Point of Sale system (i.e. Silverware) and inventory software platform (i.e. Optimum Control)
- Positive attitude and ability to work 50+ hours per week
- Food Handlers certificate
- Smart Serve certified
- First Aid certification is an asset.
- Health and Safety Level 1 & 2 certification is an asset
- Reliable transportation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
