Job Description:
As a Sales Person, you will play an important role in expanding our client portfolio and driving commercial success. You will manage the entire sales cycle while representing our company to prospects and strategic partners.

Main Responsibilities:

- Physical Prospecting: Visit prospects in person to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Online Prospecting: Identify business opportunities on tender platforms and initiate meaningful contact.
- Representation: Attend trade shows, conferences, and other professional events to promote our brand and services.
- Quotation Preparation: Prepare and deliver personalized commercial proposals that address client requirements.
- Sales and Tender Follow-Up: Ensure meticulous follow-up on sales activities and tender submissions to enhance client satisfaction.
- Market Research: Conduct market and sector analyses to identify new business opportunities.
- Sales Process: Oversee the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring an efficient and client-centric approach.
- Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients and prospects, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor for their business growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and cross-functional departments, sharing insights and contributing to collective success.

Skills and Qualities Required:

- Bilingualism: Fluent in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel regularly within Canada, the United States, and the MENA region (Middle East and North Africa) for client meetings and events.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Sales Expertise: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage the full sales cycle.
- Relationship Building: Strong aptitude for building and maintaining trust-based relationships with strategic partners and clients.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude and ability to contribute effectively to team success.

Experience and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial or technological sector (preferred but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with tender platforms is an asset.
- Degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

En tant que Commercial(e), vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement de notre portefeuille client et la réalisation de nos objectifs commerciaux. Vous serez responsable de la gestion complète du cycle de vente tout en représentant notre entreprise auprès de prospects et partenaires stratégiques.

Principales responsabilités:

- Prospection physique : Rencontrer des prospects sur le terrain pour comprendre leurs besoins et proposer des solutions adaptées.
- Prospection en ligne : Identifier des opportunités via les plateformes d’appels d’offres et initier des contacts qualifiés.
- Représentation : Participer à des salons, conférences et autres événements professionnels pour promouvoir notre marque et nos services.
- Élaboration de devis : Préparer et transmettre des propositions commerciales personnalisées répondant aux attentes des clients.
- Suivi des ventes et des soumissions : Assurer un suivi rigoureux des ventes et des réponses aux appels d’offres pour garantir la satisfaction des clients.
- Études de marché : Réaliser des analyses sectorielles pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.
- Processus de vente : Gérer l’intégralité du cycle de vente, de la prospection à la conclusion des contrats, tout en garantissant un processus fluide et efficace.
- Relationnel : Établir des relations durables avec les clients et prospects, devenant ainsi un conseiller de confiance pour leur développement.
- Collaboration : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe commerciale et les autres départements, partager des stratégies et contribuer au succès collectif.

Profil recherché:
Compétences et qualités requises:

- Bilinguisme : Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
- Mobilité : Disponibilité pour des déplacements réguliers au Canada, aux États-Unis et dans la région MENA (Moyen-Orient et Afrique du Nord) pour des réunions clients et des événements professionnels.
- Maîtrise technique : Solide connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Expertise commerciale : Excellentes compétences en négociation et en gestion du cycle de vente.
- Relationnel : Capacité à bâtir et entretenir des relations de confiance avec des partenaires stratégiques et des clients.
- Esprit d’équipe : Attitude collaborative et capacité à contribuer efficacement au succès de l’équipe.

Expérience et qualifications:

- Une expérience dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans un secteur industriel ou technologique (préférée mais non obligatoire).
