**Job Description**:
In the Supply Business Partner Area role you will be supporting the respective country organizations as a Business Partner for Sales, Quality, Operations and Engineering through:
1. Implementing Procurement Sourcing strategies (demand, supplier, process, portfolio management) according to the strategic sourcing and material group management process including:

- Identifying the internal customer needs
- Build and benchmark Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models
- Execute Global & Area Procurement strategies
- Arrange for testing/piloting of new technologies and alternative suppliers

2. Manage existing supply base:

- Manage spend data in the systems and ensure accuracy
- Manage contracts
- Supply Risk management
- Monitor performance of suppliers, develop suppliers and resolve issues
- Explore opportunities for supplier contribution for innovation

3. Lead Negotiations
- Collect all necessary information to prepare negotiations
- Develop and define negotiation strategy
- Formalize contracts
- Communicate and roll-out contracts to

4. Provides guidance on procurement management matters to the country team.

**Qualifications**:

- Business studies (BA or BS preferred or appropriate experience)
- Min 3 yrs previous experience in a similar role
- Dynamic and agile personality to work in a future orientated environment
- Excellent English language skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Project and process know-how
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure in a flexible manner.
