**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Learning Coordinator to support all learning and development across the organization As the Learning Coordinator, the purpose of this role is to identify, update, and execute current and future training and development initiatives for Canada Goose employees.
**The Role**:
- Support development of learning strategies through analysis of organizational needs.
- Effectively communicate upcoming training initiatives to appropriate audience.
- Collaborate with Learning Manager to identify new training needs.
- Maintain current learning content, resources, and materials.
- Own administration of tasks in regard to trainings (before, during, and after training session).
- Facilitate training when required.
- Administer learning benefits to all new hires (LinkedIn Learning).
- Support with annual compliance training - track training reports.
- Other duties and responsibilities as required.
**About You**:
- Post secondary degree in Human Resources or Adult Education preferred.
- One year of experience in corporate Learning, development, and/or training.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Facilitation experience preferred.
- LMS administration knowledge and understanding (Workday and Articulate preferred).
- Understanding and knowledge of current learning technologies.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
