ICC Compliance Center was founded in 1987 with one principal in mind - to help our clients comply with hazardous materials/dangerous goods regulations, whether they are handling, shipping or transporting hazardous materials/dangerous goods by air, ground or sea. Over the years, we have become a leader in providing supplies and services to hazardous materials/dangerous goods shippers throughout North America and around the world.

ICC Compliance Center is a leader in compliance training and consulting for hazardous materials/dangerous goods. We have complete hazardous materials/dangerous goods hazard communication programs that will help industry comply with regulations. When using our products and services our clients are employing the expertise of chemists, engineers and training specialists who monitor regulatory changes and can help clarify compliance needs.

**Job Summary**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Work with the production team to ensure the department is adhering to all safety and environmental policies and procedures;
- Promote a clean, safe, and environmentally compliant production facility for employees and customers;
- Proper care and maintenance of all equipment, reporting equipment problems, and adhering to the preventative maintenance program;
- Participating as needed in production duties;
- Work with all department heads and production team to continually improve sales/cost results and execute company strategies;
- Participate in hiring, training, and delegating of duties and scheduling work hours;
- All other duties as assigned;
- Management of budget and targets related to raw materials.

**Qualifications**
- 5 - 10+ years’ experience in printing production/manufacturing and supervision of staff;
- High level of professionalism and maturity at all times;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Superior interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Understanding of JIT, lean manufacturing, kaizen or TQM an asset;
- Ability to work well under pressure;
- Self-motivated and tenacious;
- Knowledge of emerging technologies;
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, ACCPAC, CRM system;
- Must have reliable means of transportation.

**Travel**
- Infrequent if at all
