**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Research products using online tools in order to gauge market value, competitor prices and demand.
- Manage product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels across all platforms.
- Gain a deep knowledge about the products which we carry in order to assist customers inquiring about products and to help guide purchasing decisions.
- As a small business, sales is a crucial process for all personnel at Sourcery to have at least basic ability in. Sales will occasionally be a part of your job at Sourcery as required.
- Collaborate with other team members at Sourcery including the Marketing and Sales divisions in order to communicate your findings and assist with the heads of the departments.
- Occasional Design work with products, including very basic photo editing and creative work, for which training will be provided.
- Basic Product photography work will be occasionally required. This includes taking, editing, and uploading basic product shots for products added to inventory, for which training will be provided.
- Order Fulfilment: Fulfilling orders as they are received. Packing and preparing items for shipment.
- General Tasks: Minor cleanup of work area, occasional supply ordering and replenishment.

**Skills**
- Proficient computer skills are a strong asset. Primary job will be working with on our website platform, requiring mínimal technical skills however proficiency with a computer is a strong asset.
- Effective communication skills will be required for both communicating within the organization and with customers.
- Interest/Knowledge of women's designer bags or willingness to learn about the market is a great asset. Although you will be working with a variety of products, women's luxury goods will be the primary product focus.
- Interest in Fashion/Streetwear. Streetwear fashion is the basis of what we do at Sourcery and is the core of our business. Products and marketing are largely a streetwear based focus and knowledge about streetwear and large brands in the space will be an asset.
- Experience in using Instagram will be an asset in your job as customer service, sales, product uploading will all be tied largely to our Instagram Page on which you will be working occasionally.
- Basic Digital Marketing experience is a plus, having knowledge in e-commerce analytics and marketing data analytics.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and best practices.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work closely with a tight knit team and also complete tasks independently
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on collaboration within a team environment.
- Team player that is open to collaborating and learning from fellow team members and to taking on new challenges

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
