**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for 20-50+ open driver roles at any given time
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate with the training department
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date driver files
- Maintain an updated driver master list
- Conduct background checks, drug tests, and pull abstracts
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly hiring goals
- Filing and document processing
**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Proven experience in high volume recruiting (1-3+ years preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
**Schedule**
- Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts, 8:30am to 5pm
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
