If you have proven experience as a Car Rental CSR/Lead CSR then Automax Rent A Car is looking for you We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual that is outgoing, energetic, dynamic, and flexible, has a passion for superior customer service, the ability to multitask, and performs several tasks consistently and consecutively in order to provide the best efficient service possible in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming client inquiries and confirm/book reservations
- Collaborate with multiple teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record and modify client information within the database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to clients in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Greet clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist other employees in maintaining a productive and pleasant working environment
- Keep working area clean, professional and orderly
- Open and close contracts
- Achieve monthly sales targets by up-selling company products.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts
- Assist with valeting clients
- Assist with cleaning vehicles
- Conduct vehicle inspections for returned cars and accurately document findings
- Conduct clean vehicle inspections to ensure they meet and exceed our clients' expectations
- Work as a team player with fellow staff members to optimize productivity
- Transferred cars from location to location depending on customers' needs
- Ability to market and generate new sales and leads
- Actively managed vehicle maintenance, inventory, billing, and daily business reports
- Creating damage reports

**Requirements**:

- **Past car rental experience, is a must**:

- Minimum one year of customer service, retail or sales experience
- CASL knowledge
- Full class 5 Driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Computer Literacy, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Energetic and sales driven
- Excellent communication skills
- both written and spoken
- Passion for customer service
- Communicate in a detail-oriented way providing our clients concise information pertaining to our rental operations policies and procedures
- Clear background check
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- Flexibility to work multiple shifts including evenings & Saturdays
- Demonstrates CROWN Auto Group’s CARMA Values: Collaborate, Accountable, Relationship-focused, Motivated, Attitude
- Other languages spoken considered an asset
