CarHub Automotive Group is seeking an experience Dealership Accounting/HR Assistant to join the team

**Responsibilities**:

- General Accounting including all reconciliations, banking, and reviews.
- Government remittances.
- Vehicle Audit assistance
- Month end Preperations.
- Assistance to the Controller for dealership accounting processes and projects.
- bonus/commission calculations.
- health and safety Supervisor role for the group
- HR duties including onboarding, reference checks, document preparation, exit interviews.
- Co-ordinate final implementation of Dealer Pilot, with ongoing management of the applicaton for the Group

**Qualifications**:

- College Diploma in Accounting and HR or Payroll
- Minimum of 1-3 years Dealership Accounting.
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organization skills and attention to detail.
- self motivated.
- Previous experience in Payroll/HR.
