**HR Administrative Assistant**

**HR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
The HR Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Manager-Administrative Services with day to day HR administrative functions, as follows:
- Weekly Recruiting Update to the Management Team
- Maintain regular presence on LinkedIn and foster connections
- Engage recruiters as required
- Prepare employment contracts / offer letters
- New staff orientation
- Champion for living and breathing company core values and bring a positive outlook to a fast-paced ever-changing industry
- General administrative support duties for the Management Team (research, spreadsheets, data tracking etc)
- Payroll Administrator
- Posting weekly recruitment ads online as requested.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- High attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (primarily Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Reliable
- Punctual
- Computer skills
- Customer service oriented
- Able to solve problems, and work well independently, under direction
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to multitask, and work under time constraints
- Experience with Indeed/LinkedIn and other recruitment tools

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
