**BMA Benefits is looking for an eager, talented professional to join thier dynamic team as a Client Service Representative** The Client Service Representative (CSR) will provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. They will act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on group benefits and financial advice products and services. This position requires a deep understanding of the products and services offered by the company, as well as the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. The client service representative will also work closely with other members of the group benefits and financial advice team to ensure that clients' needs are being met and that the company is providing high-quality, effective solutions. Overall, the position of a client service representative in this industry is critical to the success of the company, as it helps to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and drive business growth. The CSR will be primarily responsible for the following: - Manage client inquiries ensuring timely and accurate response - Manage inbound insurer inquiries 2. Documentation, Meeting Preparation, File review - Prepare documentation for client meetings and/or presentations - Review file after meeting with Advisor and complete necessary compliance and follow up work 3. Group Renewal & Experience Updates - Assist Client Relations Supervisor with renewal process & experience updates as requested. - Assist the Group Benefits Manager, Sales & Service Manager, and BMA Benefits team with administrative needs 4. Pension Administration - Assist Team with group retirement service & administration work 5. Individual Clients - Assist Advisors with entire block of business ensuring all client files are compliant - have a customer service orientation - have a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork - be a positive team player with a "can-do" attitude - have excellent attention to detail ensuring accuracy and timeliness in their work - have administrative and customer service experience - potentially have a diploma or degree in a related field - be committed to meeting the needs of the clients, team, and organization - want to grow, learn, and advance their skills, knowledge, and responsibilities BMA Benefits is an insurance brokerage firm based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada.
