**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that incorporate technology to enhance learning outcomes for young children.
- Provide high-quality childcare and educational support in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with other educators and specialists to create inclusive classrooms that meet the diverse needs of all students.
- Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and development.
- Utilize computer skills for classroom management, lesson planning, and documentation of student progress.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking among children.
- Manage classroom activities effectively while demonstrating strong time management skills.
- Lead small group activities, ensuring all children are engaged and supported in their learning journey.

**Experience**
- A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.
- Familiarity with special education practices and working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration within an educational environment.
- Excellent writing skills for creating reports, lesson plans, and communication materials.

Pay: $21.00-$30.00 per hour
