**Overview**
Who We’re Looking For:
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Design and create floral arrangements for a variety of occasions including weddings, funerals, and special events.
- Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements that meet their needs and preferences.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the floral shop, ensuring all displays are attractive and well-stocked.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing sales transactions efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain inventory levels.
- Stay updated on floral trends, techniques, and seasonal offerings to enhance product knowledge.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in cash handling and experience with POS systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- A passion for flowers and creativity in floral design is essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Strong sales skills with a focus on providing an exceptional customer experience.
