**Job Summary**
The InstructaRista delivers high-energy Lagree classes and crafts top-tier espresso beverages, embodying our brand’s upbeat, community-first vibe. This hybrid role bridges the studio and café—keeping workouts motivating, drinks consistent, and connections real. You’re both a coach and a barista, creating a seamless experience for clients before, during, and after class.

**Fitness Studio Responsibilities**:

- Lead 40-minute Lagree classes with safe, effective form and motivating energy
- Modify movements for all fitness levels and ensure a supportive group dynamic
- Greet and connect with clients before and after class, learning names where possible
- Maintain studio cleanliness—sanitize reformers, tidy the space, reset equipment
- Ensure class timing, music, and lighting are on-brand
- Report equipment or schedule issues to management

**Espresso Bar Responsibilities**:

- Prepare espresso drinks, cold brew, teas, and seasonal beverages to recipe standards
- Provide warm, welcoming service at the bar—especially to class regulars
- Keep the bar clean, stocked, and prepped for rushes before and after class
- Restock bar essentials and communicate supply needs
- Maintain a calm, efficient pace during high-volume periods

Pay: $15.11-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
