The E-Commerce Platform Manager will help support the vision of the E-Commerce platforms which enables and optimizes the sale of private pay laboratory/diagnostic tests and services. The Platform Manager will work with a cross-functional team to deliver a best in class consumer digital experience, confirm current and future consumer expectations, inform platform enhancements, and design user support and maintenance. Overall accountabilities will include oversight of the platform, developing and delivering training to internal end users, design and deliver KPI and outcomes metrics dashboard, monitor satisfaction of internal users, and accountability for customer experience, engagement and satisfaction.

S/he will be an integral part of the Consumer Partnership and Innovation team.

**Core Accountabilities**:
Be the voice of the internal and external consumer and champion a consumer-first mind set to expand adoption and engagement of the e-commerce platform and drive overall satisfaction with our consumers and internal users.

Work with the cross-functional teams to ensure platform is performing as intended for both internal and external users, aligns with the consumer centric digital experience vision and annual targets.

Develop and deliver platform functionality training to the product management team aligned with managing and executing promotional campaigns.

Work with the marketing team to improve quality and traffic acquisition

Ownership to design a KPI and outcomes dashboard, define reporting needs and establish reporting cadence to internal and external stakeholders.

Provide input into the ongoing development of the platform as part of the business planning process and work with LifeLabs’ product development team to ensure the platform functionality and promotional capabilities are well described, support business case development, and help manage the through the business planning process.

Support market intelligence analysis on emerging business opportunities and technological innovations as required.

Provide leadership, development, and coaching to peers. Influence employee commitment by building team and individual capability, managing performance by providing fair and accurate formal / informal feedback, emphasizing strength, and clarifying performance expectations, creating a positive work environment by being effective role model, and by creating a positive work environment.

**Required experience**:
Degree in marketing, business administration, related field or equivalent experience

3 years of experience in a comparable role with at least 2 years’ experience with e-commerce and e-commerce platforms.

Experience in the Oracle environment would be considered a strong asset.

Experience within digital marketing is a plus.

Working Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools.

Strong process design thinking

Possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks.

Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.

High level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

Creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
