**Hours/Shifts **Monday to Friday, 30 hours a week
- Between 15 and 30 years of age (inclusive) at the start of employment, and

- Legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial/territorial legislation and regulations
The Marketing Co-ordinator will have a focus on growing our profile through social and digital marketing, content development, along with fundraising and community outreach activities.
The Marketing Co-ordinator will report to the Manager, Communication & Fund Development and will be required to work remotely and onsite depending on operational needs.
**WAYS YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE**
- Creation of written and visual content to strategically grow our social media channels and for use on our website, electronic newsletter and fundraising campaigns and activities.
- Support coordination of Social Media calendar and schedule social media posts using existing software (Eg. Canva, Hootsuite and Wordpress).
- Coordinate and collate social media analytics and reports
- Support with marketing materials and event coordination for Annual Fundraising Golf Event
- Execute Marketing Plans, Campaigns, and strategies
- Administration relating to Annual Report and Annual Celebration of Achievements
- Administrative support to Communications and Fund Development Manager
**WHO YOU ARE**
- Post-secondary education or combination of education and experience in marketing, with focus on digital and Social Media
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Google Docs/Google Forms, Google Analytics, Zoom and web based platforms etc.)
- Experience with and technical knowledge of social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Knowledge and ability to create and edit videos is desirable.
- Teamwork - work and interact effectively with other members of your team. Working within a team may include, but not limited to, working with others in pairs and in small and large groups to coordinate tasks, share resources, plan and complete other activities that involve teamwork.
- Able to effectively work independently on tasks and projects and collaborate with teams in a hybrid remote/in-office work environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Copy-writing skills are a bonus.
- Highly motivated and organized to perform multiple tasks, coordinate projects and strong initiative to come up with ideas and solutions.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office and Internet)
