**About the Role**

We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic **Speech-Language Pathologist** to join our team as an _Independent Contractor_ In this role, you’ll assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication challenges, with a special focus on pediatric care. Working closely with other caring professionals, you’ll create personalized treatment plans that help children thrive in their communication and daily participation.

**What You’ll Do**
- Complete comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, and communication skills.
- Develop and deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions that are both effective and engaging.
- Lead dynamic group therapy sessions centered around fun, meaningful themes.
- Support and empower caregivers with education and practical strategies.
- Maintain detailed and professional documentation of client progress.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest best practices and advancements in the field.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- CASLPO certification in good standing.
- Paediatric experience is highly valued.
- Ability to speak another language is a strong asset.
- Strong skills in case management and collaborative care.
- Excellent communication skills with children, families, and colleagues.
