Northern Force Security is currently seeking a **dedicated, experienced, and client-focused Account Manager** to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong background in condominium security operations and client relationship management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee client service delivery at condominium and commercial security sites across Ontario.
- Ensure smooth daily operations of assigned condominium sites.
- Maintain and revise post orders based on client feedback and site requirements.
- Implement changes to site operating procedures and protocols.
- Train and coach security staff on emergency procedures, including fire safety.
- Lead staff meetings, maintain training documentation, and conduct performance reviews.
- Develop relationships with property managers and condominium board members to enhance service delivery and generate new business.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to boost brand visibility and improve service outreach in the condo community.
- Communicate effectively with Operations Team to relay client feedback and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
- Support and implement special project requests from condominium clients.
- Provide strategic input on improving service quality at all managed sites.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Mandatory**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in condominium security.
- ** Mandatory**: Experience in condominium or property management.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Experience engaging with property managers or board members.
- Tech-savvy and able to learn and adapt to new software and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
