JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way as well as offer efficient check-out
- Review arrival lists to welcome guests and prepare any special amenities that are needed
- Addressing customer requests and complaints
- Handle phone calls (including reservations if needed)
- Providing information about facilities, programs and other services
- Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
- Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages, etc)
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards of the hotel
- Handle guest reservations when needed
- Other duties as requested by guests and/or management

**Must have legal permission to work in Canada**

**Terms of employment**: Permanent/Full Time

**Experience in Front Desk reception and Night Audit required. Luxury property experience considered an asset**

**Staff Accommodation Available**: Private accommodation is provided at a subsidized rate (includes 2 meals per day in staff dining room).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
