Services Coordinator

**Position Summary**:
The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support for AD’s Canadian Business Unit including keeping AD Canada databases current, administering surveys, providing onsite and offsite member and supplier meeting coordination, and managing follow ups and to dos across the Business Unit.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Provide follow up and tracking for the various AD surveys.
- Coordinate and support the organization of onsite member and supplier meetings. This includes room set up, “concierge” service, and being an on-the-spot resource for our members and suppliers.
- Provide administrative support such as registration tracking, sponsorship tracking and event preparation for AD Canada’s offsite meetings and events (Spring Network meetings and North American Meetings) and divisional Board of Director Meetings.
- Support all AD Canada’s divisional committees (i.e., Product Committees, Marketing Committees, Supplier Advisory Boards). Take and administer meeting minutes Coordinate materials and action items
- Support as needed the administration and filing of completed supplier contracts and membership agreements.
- Handle basic member inquiries and customer service issues as needed.
- Assist and work with 3rd party to compile / complete competitive market research on membership benchmarking as needed.
- Handle all other tasks and projects as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft® Office suite including, but not limited to, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- High intermediate proficiency in MS Excel required (formulas, filters, charts, etc.).
- Experience working with WebEx, Zoom, or Microsoft teams preferred.
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Professional, preferred.
- At least 3 years of related experience required.
**Additional Comments**:
1. Business Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (work outside of normal business hours is required based on the surge demands of the Divisional Meetings, Board of Director Meetings, and other Member Activities deadlines)
2. Travel: Annually up to 15 days for divisional meetings.
Pay: $59,000.00-$66,000.00 per year
