We are looking for security personnel who are professional, committed, and have experience in security. If this sounds like you, then we want to hear from YOU If selected, you will be working within Greater Vancouver.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- High-visibility patrol of assigned areas, on foot and in company vehicles
- Ensure the security of all personnel, visitors, and the general public
- Respond against theft, trespassing, vandalism, and fire
- Monitor property access control
- Investigate and report suspicious behavior, incidents, and security breaches
- Enforce client informed policies
- Communicate with law enforcement, emergency medical personnel, and fire departments
- Respond to and investigate alarms, ensuring properties are secure and in order before departing

**Shift Schedule**:

- ** Part-time**:16-hour day shift available; Saturday to Sunday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- ** Location**: Mobile patrol team works out of the operations office located in **CHILLIWACK**:

- **Parking**: Provided at the office location

**YOU ARE A GREAT FIT IF YOU**:

- Hold a valid BC Security License
- Have a valid Class 4 or 5 Driver's License, with a clean driver's abstract **(NO previous suspensions and/or prohibitions)**:

- Strong knowledge of Road Safety
- Relevant security experience
- Relevant experience in the security or customer service industry
- Excellent customer service & professional deportment
- High standard for safety & a passion for security
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Enjoy working as part of a team, but able to work independently without supervision
- Additional certifications are an asset: Occupational First Aid Level 1, 2, 3, AST, Etc.

***Selected applicants will be required to show an ICBC driver's abstract on the day of the in-person interview. Failure to provide this and Class 4 or 5 driver's license will result in immediate disqualification.**

Please note that security officers may be required to work extended hours and be part of an on-call team for urgent scheduling needs.
