**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist customers in identifying and locating the necessary parts for their vehicles.
- Maintain an organized inventory of parts and supplies to ensure availability.
- Utilize Excel and other software tools to track inventory levels and manage orders efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers over the phone and in person to provide accurate information regarding parts availability, pricing, and specifications.
- Collaborate with sales management to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on customer needs and vehicle specifications.
- Ensure that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Stay updated on market trends and new product offerings to better assist customers.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or dealership environments is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Proficient in using Excel for inventory management and reporting purposes.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- A keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in parts identification and order processing.
- A passion for the automotive industry is a plus.

Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
