**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and bake a wide range of products, including Donut, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
- Follow recipes and adjust ingredients as needed to achieve desired results.
- Ensure all baked goods are presented attractively for customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking area.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Package baked goods for sale while ensuring freshness and quality.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and customer demands.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their inquiries.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a passion for baking.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including early mornings or weekends.
- A culinary degree or certification is preferred but not required.

Pay: $17.15-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
