**ROLE TITLE_: Customer Service and Accounts Support_**

**LOCATION: 90 Winges Road, Unit 13**

**Woodbridge, ON, Canada**

**REPORTS TO: VP Sales**

**ROLE OBJECTIVE**

Working in a team environment, your role is to support Order Management and Accounts while offering exceptional service to all internal and external customers resulting in the improvement of operational processes and quality of service. You are a team player that focuses on getting the job done with a solutions-oriented approach to problems.

Your role encompasses the following business units:

- FTR Products Group Inc - Canada
- Reln Inc - USA

**KEY RESPONSIBILTIES**

Your duties may include but are not limited to:

- Order Management and Customer Service
- AR/AP Support
- Office Administration

**_Order Management & Customer Service_**
- Process orders and invoices; ensuring integrity of data from delivery docket to invoice
- Provide excellent customer service experience
- Identify and resolve customer issues and complaints
- Review EDI Processing and correct abnormalities

**_Accounts - A/R A/P Support_**
- Invoice entry
- Statement reconciliation
- Collections

**_Office Administration_**
- Maintain office filing
- Mail management
- Answer phones and address customer inquiries

**DAILY REQUIREMENTS**
- Comply with FTR’s direction to perform other duties as directed within your skills, knowledge, and experience
- Present fit for work for each shift (drug and alcohol free, not fatigued and in professional attire)
- Comply with all OHS requirements of FTR
- Adhere to all FTR’s policies and procedures

**COMPETENCIES**
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales or customer service environment preferred
- Big Box store experience is a plus
- Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite especially Excel
- Experience using ERP systems preference for experience using Sage Accpac (SAGE300)
- Ability to interact and communicate professionally with both internal and external stakeholders
- Bilingual speaking would be an asset (French)
- Excellent organisation skills complimented by a high attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise duties
- Ability to work within tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a supervised and unsupervised environment
- Willingness to learn and develop your professional skills
- A can-do attitude and proactive work ethic
- Strong attitude to the importance of safety and a focus on OHS compliance
- Proven Canadian citizen or permanent resident

**SCHEDULE**
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours flexible
- No weekends

**Salary**: $32,027.52-$50,000.00 per year
