Outbound Sales Specialist

**In this role you will**:
- Cold-calling volume of 65-100 calls per day with the intent to qualify key leads
- The Business Development Representative will be responsible for setting appointments/meetings between prospects and Account executive
- Working and collaborating directly with Account Executive
- Build an understanding of the assigned territory/segment, develop unique solutions to uncover prospects and create leads
- Develop Sales skills through regular training and review cycles
- Consult and adapt to evolving sales environment;
- Documenting all sales activities in Salesforce and meeting daily KPIs
**You are someone who**:
- Loves telecom, technology and selling complex solutions
- 6 months-1 year of previous B2B sales experience is preferred.
- Cold calling experience is an advantage.
- Strong work ethic with a desire to consistently exceed targets.
- You have great interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- You are a self-starter and quick problem solver.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a plus.
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
